🎯 POSITION: TECHNICAL SPECIALIST (Energy Management & Aftersales)

Elecnova Vietnam is seeking a highly motivated Technical Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role will be crucial in deploying and supporting our state-of-the-art Energy Management Systems (EMS) and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), ensuring customers achieve optimal energy efficiency and stability, particularly in integration with Renewable Energy sources.

📝 JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Technical Consulting & Solutions Deployment (Focus on EMS & BESS):

• Technical Analysis: Engage with customers to understand their energy consumption patterns and operational requirements, with a focus on integrating Renewable Energy (Solar PV) assets with storage solutions.

• Solution Design: Propose and design comprehensive solutions utilizing Elecnova's EMS platforms for monitoring, control, and data analysis, and BESS systems for applications like peak shaving, load shifting, and optimizing PV self-consumption.

• System Integration: Oversee and support the integration and commissioning of EMS software and BESS hardware at industrial and commercial sites.

• Documentation: Prepare technical specifications, system architecture diagrams, and user manuals for BESS and EMS deployments.

2. Aftersales & Technical Support:

• Troubleshooting: Act as the primary technical point of contact to diagnose and resolve complex issues related to EMS functionality, BESS performance, and system communication (Modbus, Ethernet, IoT Modules).

• Maintenance: Conduct scheduled maintenance and perform system upgrades for installed EMS and BESS platforms.

• Training & Handoff: Provide professional training and detailed technical handover to customers' operations and maintenance teams.

🔍 JOB REQUIREMENTS (UPDATED)

• Qualification: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Automation, or a closely related field.

• Experience: 1-3 years of practical experience with a strong focus on:

  • Energy Management Systems (EMS) / SCADA implementation and maintenance.

  • Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) technology, operation, and control strategies.

  • Experience with Solar PV systems (design, installation, or operation) is a significant advantage.

  • Experience with industrial communication protocols (Modbus TCP/RTU, IEC 61850).

• Technical Skills (Must have): Deep understanding of electrical system, renewable and networking for industrial monitoring systems. Knowledge of PV inverters and grid-tie systems is highly desirable.

• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and diagnostic skills. Strong communication in both technical and non-technical contexts.

• Language: Proficiency in reading and comprehending English technical documentation.

• Travel: Willingness to travel to project sites across Vietnam for deployment and support activities.
